Alnoba refers to the lifelong journey of human transformation and how we are rooted in the consciousness of our birthplace and continually transforming from the point of birth. It is a beautiful gathering place situated on 400 acres of serene woodlands in Kensington, NH.
Wonderfully secluded and easily accessible, Alnoba is located 1 hour from Boston, Concord, NH, and Portland, ME. It is 25 minutes from Portsmouth, NH, and conveniently located near Routes 495 and 95.
Alnoba donates all proceeds to support leadership programming for nonprofits and Seacoast and Boston city youth. Our food caterer and sister organization, The Farm at Eastman’s Corner, gives 100% of its profits and 5% of every sale to support Kensington’s Sawyer Park, a clean, safe place for children and families. The Lewis family donated the land and built the park for their town.
By attending a retreat or event at Alnoba, you support conservation, local farmers, and strong community.

about your instructors
Tracy for the past 30+ years has been an actress, dancer, and teacher of theatre and stage combat. She was initially drawn to yoga as a compassionate alternative to the high impact of dance classes. She ultimately found that yoga was healing for her body and her soul. She hopes to help others find their inner light through breath, movement and voice. Encouraging you to begin with breath, to listen to and honor your body, she invites you to intensify or modify to suit your needs. Tracy creates a welcoming environment for students of all levels to explore with non-judgmental awareness of self.
Forrest was raised on the philosophy of yoga. Absorbing the wisdom of these ancient practices from a young age, the heart of yoga shines in his teaching. He received his 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Pranotthan School of Yoga, hosted by All That Matters in Wakefield, RI.
Kimber-lee has spent her entire life surrounded by performing and healing arts. After working for years as a professional singer, and the study of sound healing and energy medicine with Lisa Murphy, sound has become a crucial part of her individual practice as well as in her teachings. Though her education has a strong technique & alignment background, her teachings offer much more than just poses on the mat. Through yoga and sound, she aims to help others find their true self and explore the joy in presence.
